At the invitation of the DFB and the DFB Cultural Foundation, 11mm visited the German House of Soccer (GHoS) in June 2026.

As part of the FIFA World Cup, 11mm presented the following six short films to an international audience: *Soccer Clichés Taken Literally*, *International Match* (directed by Sven Schrader and Nadine Schrader), *The Game* (directed by Roman Hodel), *The Bench* (directed by Martin Emmerling), *Maradona’s Legs* (directed by Firas Khour), *The Heroes of Bern* (directed by Florian Plag, Martin Seibert, and Ingo Dominik Steidl), and *Kutte* (directed by Sylvie Hohlbaum).

The films were shown on the GHoS’s large LED screen between live broadcasts of the day’s World Cup matches, with 11mm Festival Director Frank Albers providing introductory remarks and commentary.
